Frequently asked questions
Do customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code, enter their name and phone number and the card is ready: they save it to Google Wallet or use it in the browser as a web app.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, as a web app added to the Home screen. Apple Wallet support will come later.
How is a stamp added?
Your staff opens the till on your business phone, enters their PIN and scans the card's QR code. One tap and the stamp arrives.
How are duplicate or unearned stamps avoided?
The till asks for confirmation if the same card is stamped again within a few minutes, and every staff member logs in with their own PIN: you always know who stamped and when.
Can I give euro vouchers instead of stamps?
Yes, with the spend card: at the till your staff enters the receipt amount and, for example, every €100 spent the customer gets a €5 voucher. You choose the threshold, the value and how long the voucher lasts.
How do I get started?
